Costs

Each Tarring Club Membership renewal is due each year in January. It is £15 per year to become a member. CIU affiliation cards, which allow you to visit other CIU affiliated clubs, are also available at an initial charge of £8. This combines a one-off charge of £4 as well as a yearly renewal charge of £4 along with the yearly membership fees in January.

Application Process

New applicants must obtain and complete an application form. You can do this by downloading the form below, or obtaining a physical copy at the bar. Applicants must complete the form and be proposed and seconded by two fully paid up members of the Club who can, from personal knowledge, vouch for proposed candidates respectability and fitness to be a member.

The form must be submitted to the committee along with the respective fees. Furthermore, this procedure must be completed before the next new members meeting, which is held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:20pm. New members are then required to attend this meeting and be accepted by the committee as a full club member. Finally, you will receive a membership card, rule book and door entry card or fob. However, if your application is unsuccessful or unapproved by the committee you will be contacted by the Club and all paid fees refunded.

Terms and Conditions

Only full club members can sign in guest books and book the function room
Membership subscriptions are due for renewal annually on the 1st of January. Consequently, if these are not paid by the 1st of February, your membership will be ‘lapsed’. As a result, you will no longer be permitted to use the Club and all its facilities
